Dresser Court is a twenty-six unit apartment complex that provides permanent housing, with intensive on-site programs and services, to people with disabilities and a history of chronic homelessness. According to HUD, chronic homelessness is defined as an individual who has been consistently homeless for the past year or has had four different episodes of homelessness in the past three years.
